Well, we're back from a great weekend down at the Jersey Shore. It may not have been the typical shore experience with cooler weather, and (many) fewer beach goers making it an overall quieter experience. No complaints here though. What we may have missed in sun- bathing, and beach-laying we more then made up for by strolling on the board walk, and enoying long, empty expanses of beautiful beach.
I am working on loading up the pictures that we took, but in the meantime here is a video of some of our shore adventures (including a surrey ride on the boardwalk!)

Great video- I especially like the stick that Aiden is carrying/ dragging around!
gotta love that OCNJ! Memories upon memories. I love that our grandchildren are a part of those memories now....
Did the stick come home to Phoenixville?
Yeah, he did really love that stick. It did make it back to the Ocean City house later that day, but didn't come with us on the return trip home. It was a sad farewell...
A little boy, a big stick, sand and salt water...what could be better?
Aiden loved every minute of his time on the beach. It didn't even phase him that it was cool, windy and cloudy much of the time!
