Planes have become a new fascination for Aiden recently. Not neccesarily playing with toy planes, or reading about planes, but just looking at planes.
As soon as he hears that dull, distant roar of a plane flying overhead his head whips up in anticipation, squinting his eyes at the sky, hoping to catch a glimpse.
As often as not, the plane is too high to see. Or maybe by the time we hear it it's already flown on by. So far though, it hasn't lessened the fascination. He just keeps on plane spotting...

Aiden:
Plane "spotters" played an important part in World War II, but since we are not involved in a World War, it is fun to watch the metal birds fly by. You never know when a hot air balloon or the Good Year Blimp might fly over Phoenixville and your house.
Keep looking up!!
Love you!!
Love these pictures...so cute!
Aiden - You have to go to the airport with Grandpa to see the planes, or better yet, Go up in the airplane with Grandpa! What do you think, Mom & Dad?
