Is anyone else unable to see or play "A Jones Abode Chrismas Production? Does anyone have a fix? I only have a "white screen" where the video should be.

ours works...very funny!
We can't see it on my PC computer, but Gwyn can view it fine on her Mac. Maybe 'cause Rob made it on a Mac. It is really funny!!
i cannot see it either. Not a MAC.We'll have to see if erin or lauren can see it. They both have macs.What a fun trip to phila!! It is so beautiful down there this time of year. How nice you took the time this busy season to be together there. God bless you.
