It will never get any better than this for us Phillies fans.
I think I can now forget the World Series in 1950 when I was in first grade when they lost 4 straight to the Yankees, or 1964 when the Phillies only needed 1 win in the last 11 games to win the National League Championship and they couldn't get it done.
Nothing matters tonight. We are the champions. I am not sure I will be able to sleep.
2008 will always be etched into my mind forever, because it is the year our first grand child (Aiden) was born and it was the year the Phillies won the World Series. It doesn't get much better than that!!!!!!!!
